The first nine houses at a controversial 160-home development launch tomorrow as listings already offer a look inside.
After property listings for the first batch of homes at Millside Grange, near Killingdown Farm, Croxley Green, appeared online on Wednesday (September 13), a launch event for the neighbourhood of two, three, four and five-bed homes is set for September 16.
The two two-bedroom homes that went on the market on Wednesday cost £640,000 while the sole five-bedroom available so far costs £1,700,000.

Some of the properties that are on the market are expected to be complete in either October or November this year while others are set for December to January 2024.
More buildings will be added to the market “very soon”, Hill Residential Limited added.
The building interiors can be viewed on the Hill Residential Limited website.
Describing the development, the housebuilding company said: “With rolling countryside on your doorstep and an excellent range of local amenities, Millside Grange offers a selection of homes to suit all needs.
“It boasts idyllic village living, while keeping you connected to central London and Watford, making it the perfect choice for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.”
