A popular TV comedian has announced he will be bringing his tour to Watford later this year.

Tickets for Rob Beckett’s new show Giraffe will go on sale for Watford Palace Theatre ‘Pals & Members’ at 11am tomorrow (Wednesday February 21) after it was confirmed that he will be playing the venue this morning.

The general public can pick up tickets from 11am on Friday, February 23, ahead of the show on November 20.

Beckett, known for his panel show appearances, podcast Parenting Hell, and Rob and Romesh Vs, will be touring the show internationally for 16 months and visiting everywhere “from Bromley to Brisbane”.

He said: “This is gonna be a big old tour. It’ll be tough being away from the family for a while.

“Don’t get me wrong, I love my children/podcast content providers but I do also enjoy a lie-in and a hotel buffet breakfast. So I’m sure I’ll cope.

"I expect to put on about three stone from takeaways and drinking after the shows."
