A South Oxhey man is set to appear in crown court next month charged with intentional strangulation and assault by beating.
Mariusz Kadziolka, is alleged to have deliberately strangled an individual in Harrow on December 7, last year.
The 41-year-old is also charged with assaulting a female victim, by beating her, in the same area and on the same day, as well as assaulting another female by beating one day earlier (December 6, 2023).

Each of the charges refer to a different alleged victim.
At Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday (July 5), it was decided that the case would be sent to Harrow Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing to take place on August 2, this year.
Kadziolka, of Little Oxhey Lane, was granted bail with conditions ahead of the crown court hearing.
According to court documents, he pleaded not guilty or did not enter a plea for all three charges.
