“Jewellery has been stolen from the property,” a spokesperson said.

Hemel burglary

The force are also requesting information related to a burglary in Mountfield Road, Hemel Hempstead, between Wednesday, April 23, and the following day.

Offenders are believed to have got in through the front door and stolen a laptop from the bottom of the stairs in the hallway. Police do not believe they entered any other rooms, before leaving via the same door on their way out.

There are apparently “slight marks around the door frame” but it is unclear whether they were already there.

Relevant information can be shared with the crime reference 41/37303/25.

Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
