Burglars breaking into seven properties in the area this week has sparked a series of appeals.

These have been shared via Herts Police's Herts Connected platform, with reference numbers for members of the public to share any information found at the bottom of this story.

Caldecote Gardens, Bushey

Suspects got into a home in Caldecote Gardens, Bushey, by smashing the rear bedroom window sometime between 5.45pm and 8.20pm on Tuesday (January 27).

They ransacked the interior once inside, Herts Police said.

Barnet Lane, Elstree

Between 9am on Tuesday and 9am on Wednesday (January 28), two properties in Barnet Lane, Elstree, were broken into.

A pair of masked suspects damaged the locks to get into the homes' garages.

Warren Road, Bushey Heath

At around 2.45am on Thursday morning (January 29), the keys to two cars parked on the driveway in Warren Road, Bushey Heath, were stolen from inside a property.

The vehicles, a black Volkswagen Golf and black BMW, were then driven away.

The Green, Croxley Green

Two burglaries took place at homes in The Green, Croxley Green, during similar time ranges on Thursday afternoon.

The first to be reported saw an offender or multiple offenders climb in through a window and take jewellery before making off sometime, between 3pm and 6.10pm.

Another home, which is set back from The Green near Copthorne Road, was broken into via the back garden. Police believe a ladder taken from another property was used to climb up to a balcony and into the master bedroom sometime between 3pm and 7pm.

Carpenters Wood Drive, Chorleywood

On Friday morning (January 30), the kitchen window of a home in Carpenters Wood Drive, Chorleywood, was smashed as the back door was also damaged.

The resident returned home and disturbed the suspect, who then made off, during the attempted burglary.

This followed reports of a suspicious person being spotted inside a garden in nearby Whitelands Avenue.
