Police have arrested the driver of a car involved in a chase, but a manhunt continues to find the passenger.
The force pursued a white Hyundai Kona down the A405 after it failed to stop in Ross Crescent, Watford, this morning (February 26).
Officers “tactically brought the vehicle to a stop” near a junction with North Approach and the car was left on the grass alongside the road by around 10am.
