£96k knocked off asking price as Canvas Nightclub for sale

Canvas Bar and Nightclub in The Parade was put on the market in January but has continued operating as normal.

So far, it does not appear to have attracted any suitable offers as the price was reduced from £2,695,000 to £2,599,000 on Monday (June 15).

The listing does not include the rights to the business, instead available as a freehold venue with vacant possession upon completion.
