A Watford vape shop boss is set to appear in crown court over allegedly supplying dodgy products.
Sandeep Singh Sethi, of Hayes, London, appeared in St Albans Magistrates’ Court yesterday (August 12) accused of seven offences related to products stocked by SSGK Enterprises at 69 Market Street.
On October 22, 2024, it is alleged that the 28-year-old, the company’s sole listed director, supplied electronic cigarettes which breached regulations, possessed goods with a false trade mark, and distributed electrical equipment which did not comply with safety regulations both before and when making it available on the market.
A year later, on October 13, 2025, he allegedly committed the same E-cigarette and trade mark offences as well as possessing a banned single-use vape for supply.

No plea was entered during the hearing and the next appearance is set for September 9 at St Albans Crown Court.
An identical set of charges was also listed for SSGK Enterprises as a company and the hearing outcome was the same as for its director. The 69 Market Street location is operated as Mobile & Vape.
Singh was granted unconditional bail.
