The owner of a Watford vape shop has denied seven charges related to allegedly selling dodgy products.
Sandeep Singh Sethi, of Hayes, London, is accused of stocking the products through the business SSGK Enterprises, operated as Mobile & Vape, at 69 Market Street.
On October 22, 2024, it is alleged that Sethi, the company’s sole listed director, supplied electronic cigarettes which breached regulations, possessed goods with a false trade mark, and distributed electrical equipment which did not comply with safety regulations both before and when making it available on the market.

A year later, on October 13, 2025, he allegedly committed the same E-cigarette and trade mark offences as well as possessing a banned single-use vape for supply.

The 29-year-old pleaded not guilty to all counts at St Albans Crown Court on October 1.
A trial has been scheduled for May 2028.
