TV series to be filmed at former Abbots Langley police house

The former police house in Langley Road will be the location for the production, with traffic and car parking restrictions in place to make way for the cameras.

The Causeway Car Park is to be part-suspended from 4pm on Sunday (February 9) until 12pm next Wednesday (February 12).

Three Rivers District Council leader Stephen Giles-Medhurst said: "I understand they will be filming part of a TV series at the former Police House in Langley Road.

"The main larger filming vehicles should be in the car park. About 30 spaces are being suspended.

"I have asked the civil penalty officers to make sure they enforce parking controls those days in Langley Road."

Cllr Giles-Medhurst told the Watford Observer that he believes the filming is for the same Netflix production that was shot in Croxley Green last month.

Traffic website One Network also contains confirmation of filming in Toms Lane, Kings Langley, between 10am and 4pm on February 12.

It's a busy time for filming in the area, with Watford's The Southern Cross pub being used this week, as well as confirmation that the Harvester in Croxley Green will be closed on Monday (February 10) to enable camera crews to work.

It is unknown what is being shot at The Southern Cross, with Watford Borough Council confirming only that it was arranged through the Hertfordshire Film Office.
