Police released images of two men with links to the area who were wanted.
Update: One of the men has handed himself in while a man was arrested in connection with the other appeal
Hertfordshire Constabulary had appealed for information about Anthony Prothero, 31, following a burglary in Hemel Hempstead sometime between January 1 and February 22.
Prothero has links to Dacorum but is listed as of no fixed address.
Anyone who has seen him was asked to call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/15385/23 unless they had seen him in the past few moments, in which case they were asked to call 999.
