A winning £1,000,000 lottery ticket is still to be claimed, with time running out.
The National Lottery has urged Hertsmere entrants to “check their old tickets one final time” as it was revealed that the area’s EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker prize is the only one of 20 winners still unclaimed after the draw on November 4, 2022.
The ticket holder for code VXTG 16749 has until next Wednesday (May 3) to claim it before the prize money and all interest it has generated goes to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.

Andy Carter, from The National Lottery, said: “Time really is running out for the winner of this prize, but we are still hopeful that someone will come forward at the very last minute to claim the money.
"We’re urging everyone to check their old tickets one final time.”
The winning ticket can be claimed by calling The National Lottery Line on 0333 2345050.
