A property developer has shared an inside look at the first completed flat at a 65-home development.

The show apartment in Kings Langley’s Millworks apartments was unveiled on September 9 with a launch event providing the first example of what the one and two-bedroom flats will look like.

It is a two-bedroom example of what the one-acre site off Home Park Mill Link Road will look like when residents are expected to move in, next year.

All of the apartments are for private sale with a range available to reserve now and prices start at £285,000 for one-bedrooms and £325,000 for two-bedrooms. There are also larger and more expensive two-bedrooms such as the Type G1, available for £415,000.

The apartments will feature either a balcony or a terrace and buyers will be able to purchase a parking space either with or without an electric vehicle charging point.

Sales Manager Zoe Dobbs said: “Millworks is in an excellent location which is ideal for people who want to combine village life with easy access to central London.

“The development is just a 15-minute walk to the village high street and only a short stroll to Kings Langley railway station which has regular trains to Euston.”

Three Rivers District Council had initially refused planning permission for the scheme, but this was overturned by a planning inspector on appeal.
