A jogger was the victim of indecent exposure after a man ran up behind them with his shorts down.
Herts Police have appealed for witnesses and information after being told about the incident in Rickmansworth on November 1.
At around 4.45pm, the victim had been jogging around the sailing lake at Rickmansworth Aquadrome when the man exposed himself.

He was described as having tanned skin and being around 30 to 40 years old. He was reportedly of slim build and around 5ft 7ins tall, with short dark hair.
He wore a blue coat and grey shorts.
PC Georgia Lammin, from Herts Police’s Rickmansworth Intervention Team, said: “If you were in the area around the time stated and saw or heard anything suspicious please call 101 and quote crime number 41/87724/23.
“Likewise, if you have experienced a similar incident, please report it to police."
The force also highlighted that anonymous information can be provided by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, or online.
