A moped rider was taken to hospital after a crash in North Watford.
Yesterday evening (November 14), Sandringham Road was blocked as police and two ambulances were called to the scene of a crash at the junction with Balmoral Road at 5.38pm.
A Ford Focus and a moped were involved and the moped rider, an adult woman, was taken to Watford General Hospital with a leg injury.
The moped was recovered and the scene cleared by 7pm, Herts Police confirmed.

Kings Langley crash
The day before (Monday November 13), emergency services had responded to reports of a crash near Rucklers Lane, near The Red Lion, in Kings Langley.
At around 4.25pm it was reported that a Suzuki SX4 S-Cross and a Nissan Qashqai had crashed and the road was left blocked.
Road closures were put in place until 6pm, by which time one of the drivers was taken to hospital to be assessed and the vehicles were recovered.
